mixed experience due to room issues

missing elevatorheater malfunction

The hotel placed me in a building separate from the main one. This building lacked an elevator. carrying my luggage up several flights of stairs was inconvenient. the room i received also had a malfunctioning heater. the bed's comfort level was only fair. It was not particularly restful.

I found the staff quite helpful . The breakfast was plentiful with fresh items. The hotel provided thoughtful amenities. I appreciated the homemade cake and vanity mirror in the bedroom.

The location was a bit far from the central train station.
